DTI supports customers in maturing contract management processes and normalize data across organizations. Our contract experts perform acquisition data analysis, validation, and reporting. DTI extracts data from internal and external data systems including FPDS, USASpending, OBI financial reports, PRISM, ServiceNow, HRConnect and assists with managing the Government Purchase Card Program processes. DTI provides technical analysis, rationale, and basis required for government audits and internal controls. Our team supports annual reports required by OMB, FPDS annual audits, FAIR Act reporting, and DATA Act Reports and contract closeout activities.

Administrative Support

DTI provides highly skilled Administrative Assistant professionals who provide administrative support to executives, senior management, and daily operational office support. Our staff expertly manage schedules, handle sensitive correspondence, organize meetings, maintain records, travel, training, event planning and execution, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Grants Management

DTI reviews recipient cash expenditure reports to determine whether they indicate a pattern of accelerated or delayed expenditures. Our team assists with identifying actions needed to proactively mitigate and address deficiencies in the recipient’s financial management system or internal controls. DTI coordinates with the customer to identify and track actions required to assist recipient’s with completing the approved project within the approved budget and period of performance. We review grant recipient reports for accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.

DTI implements processes to assist Leaders define the vision for the future and identify their organization’s goals and objectives. Our processes include establishing the sequence in which goals are realized that enables the organization to adopt and achieve its stated vision. Program Management

Our certified PMPs leverage Agile iterative development, Waterfall, and KanBan methodologies.
